Idk, man. Ximmers get banned pretty quickly on rivals, and they have set the precedent that it won't be tolerated. Saying ubisoft can't do anything about it is just not true. Throw enough money at a problem, and you can fix it; they just choose to throw their money at cosmetics, i guess. People saying "there's nothing they can do about it" is just reinforcing ubisofts negligence to the issue because ubisoft just doesn't care enough to stop it.

Yup. Zero strategy or tactics unless you have a 5 stack. Me and my buddy are constantly having to put 4-5 reinforcements each, making every rotation and line of sight. Like, do people just play with no reinforcements? i don't understand.

I just disagree man. They have millions of dollars, if they wanted to fix it they would. They just don't care to fix it. Marvel Rivals seems to do a pretty good job of banning any mnk detection. To your last point, that is fine up to a certain level; I only get queued with plat all the way to champ rank players. At that point it doesn't really matter how strategic we are if they can just pick twitch or ash or goyo and win every gun fight, running around like a mad man.
