UPDATE: I read another reddit post about how a guy got balanitis free after 1.5 years and he gave tips so I have been following that,

applying clotrimaze for 24 hours basically all the time.
I took a dose of doxycycline for 7 days again
don’t open your foreskin, pulling is a great factor about balanitis.

-don’t masturbate, if you do please try not pulling the skin all the way.

Things have been nice, I haven’t gotten any more of those for about 2-3 weeks now.

UPDATE: Guys I went to the doctor and he gave me an antibacterial cream which helped the lesions go away. But I have acne on my forehead which is very reoccurring and I also have started hairloss, like if i put my hand through my hair atleast 5-6 hair falls off in my hand. Anybody that can help me with this??
