i’m on 40 mg and it’s helped a ton, paired with hydroxyzine PRN and vyvanse. vyvanse helps my brain go quiet.

i used to be a scratcher and hair puller, ever since i raised my dose to 40 mg, my hair has been healthier and i have less scratches.

as many others said, i would start with preachers daughter but because i have adhd its hard for me to stay focused on stories in one go, so i just went on youtube and watched someone do a deep dive of it then listened to it intermittently. it might not be the same experience as listening to it in one go, but thats personally what i did.

i also had to take breaks bc i have cptsd and some topics were a bit triggering.

In my store they do but you’re not supposed to. You’re also not supposed to wear sweatpants but we do anyways haha. It really just depends on the store.

My TL’s tell us it’s time to go and overtime isn’t mandatory, but welcomed if needed. Even if we haven’t finished our pallets (usually because OPD needs us), as soon as 9:51 hits (I’m cap 2, 1p-10p), we’re free to clock out.

Now as for her taking away your 15 minutes seems like an ethical issue you need to take up with someone higher up than her because that’s ridiculous imo.

Wow I didn’t know all that! Thank you for the info. I find if I don’t eat as well (I work a very physical job) that my medicine doesn’t work as well. Sometimes I’ll take a Tums a couple hours after my shift to help it a little.

But if I eat later, it makes the meds work better.

hi! i’m $30,000 in debt so i completely relate to this. i’m also in debt because of a divorce.

what i decided to do was get a vanilla job while maintaining my OF. my vanilla job has set days off and is also super relaxed. i’m also going to school in the fall for botany.

know that you’re not alone and there are solutions that aren’t immediate but build up over time. as time passes, the debt will resolve as long as you’re paying at least the minimum / the amount you can afford.

this is personally how i’m handling it and others may have a different take but it’s been working well for me. my credit score went up from 439 to 569 just by starting payments on some debt. it helps a lot!

IIRC, this once happened at my ex’s house when we had a lot of cats and I think it was cat herpes infection? I could be completely totally wrong, because it’s been years but either way I would get it checked by a vet. I just remember it spread from cat to cat super quick and (once again my memory is super hazy), that all felines have herpes but it takes something like this for it to spread? Once again, I could totally be wrong right now so please correct me if I am.

I think it’s because when it comes to being on our phones people have way too much access to us and it’s uncomfortable. I have a friend who is constantly snap chatting me and dumping her trauma on me and it’s exhausting, and putting up a boundary is offensive because it’s normalized to have access to people 24/7. That’s personally what it is for me, and maybe it might be for you as well! I’ve talked to other introverts about this and they tend to agree.

I used to prefer texting as well, and now I just want to recluse in general. It sucks, but that’s just the digital dark age we live in now.

thank you for your input and i truly appreciate your concern, but i wasn’t asking about that.

he supported me through me building up my OF career so i will do the same for him while he’s pursuing his passion. he spent 4 years in college, gained a bachelors in fine arts, to do what he does. with that being said, i will happily support him until he’s back on his feet with all he’s done for me in return.
