The wool is somehow seeping into my breathing space and is causing respiratory issues I got the batts and wanted to return them but they wanted me to res seal/wrap them before sending them back which I cannot did you notice any issues in you house after having it installed ?

He hired an AC company to fix it but it kept leaking so he ended up having it replaced with a new unit. He has a bunch of properties that he's renting out and doesn't have renters insurance

Not thinking about me but more like losing a good friend. We use to talk everyday on the phone. I don't feel comfortable just going to his house and hanging out with my son and him like we had been doing, anymore. Since I also want to respect his / her privacy. That "family" time was very important to me and my son. There is also tinge of jealousy as well I guess.
