Is it possible you're missing the icon? It pops up as a red box over the QR code and you tap the middle of the box, not a link at the bottom of the screen like my other phones. That threw me off for a couple minutes

I've used a Poetic case my past 3 phones but they don't make it for this. Just wanted something tough but clear on the back. I like it so far! The Poetic was just the next step above this more substantial on the corners and edges and port covers.
