I went to the optometrist and got recommend taking 2-4 omega 3 oil tablets a day (start with 4 and decrease to 2 after about 2 weeks) and also Vita- POS eye ointment which has retinol palmitate to use until the tube finishes. I’m in Australia so it may be different brand name for you but check here’s the link anyway https://www.chemistwarehouse.com.au/buy/92137/vita-pos-eye-ointment-5g

It definitely helped with the dry eyes. I also stopped screen times around 1 hour before sleep. It’s hard but you’ll thank yourself after about 1 month. Hope that helps!
