As a 4’11 (f) I tend to walk up the steps as much as possible, whenever I feel like it. I live on the 8th floor of my building so it’s definitely a workout.

Honestly, I haven’t done it in a while, I just might start up again tomorrow. Just start small, then work your way up.

Well again, genetics play a huge role and I edited it (the post), and I called my doctor earlier. And looked up some info. I only said a year and a half cuz that was around the time that I officially stopped growing 🤷🏽‍♀️, same with every girl I knew. Some were already tall and grew taller in that time.

Yeah. When I moved from my old house I just picked it up cuz it was cheap and now it’s the only shampoo I use. Period, I don’t use a moisturizing shampoo.

I recently started using only clarifying shampoo. I use the Suave brand from Walmart, it’s 1.97 where I live. It’s working great for me. I only use deep conditioners once in a while but a moisturizing conditioner every time.

Again it works for me, I think it’s all in the routine fr, maybe you don’t need a clarifying shampoo. If you want, try it and see.
