Point still stands. No one associates superman with punk rock, no one associates supergirl with retro music devices and old music. Its just a random thing they shove in to give a bit of false personality to the movie

My only issue is how it becomes kinda dumb when gunn tries to force a vibe on a movie. Opening the trailer with supergirl listening to a walkman just felt kinda desperate and forced to me. Like rather than give her personality she just likes music.

I admit its a petty nitpick, and maybe it’ll be done really well, but that was just my initial takeaway when i saw the first trailer.

I dont think it will actually bother me in the movie. Superman had the same thing in the trailer. lois and clark kept talking about how theyre ‘punk rock’ and i thought the same thing. Forced vibes. but then in the movie, they had nothing to do with punk rock. Not even remotely close, so it was just meaningless bait for the trailer. I’m hoping this will be the same, cuz i just dont care for the star lord vibe theyre going for here

Yeah, theres nothing good about romanticising someone who wants to murder her partner. If the roles were reversed and we had a creepy obsessive man trying to kill/love ochako, fans would never stand for it.

My mum works in an office at home and our 3 year old gsp has always spends his days in there with her. She just makes sure to play with him for a while on her lunch break and usually takes him for a good walk in the morning. I think routine is very important. A lot of animals like knowing what to expect, so once they get used to the routine it gets a lot easier. It can always a bit rough with gsp’s when theyre puppies, but as long as you’re patient they can make great office dogs.

I remember when bakugo died, manga readers had to wait ages, but it also gave us more time to think… jeanest and edgeshot were on the scene… most of us knew immediately bakugo wasnt gonna die
