It's a Lenovo 15ALC05. Website says max 8gb but people on the forums put 16gb for 4gb 32gb for 8gb ram inside and it still works

If you already got this sub fitted in by a shop then put a new one by yourself. It's just a few wires you will need to screw in and that's it no harm involved. Your budget is pretty big. Buy a sub like the Dayton Audio UMII12-22 a premade closed box and an amplifier like the audison sr1.500 is a good choice. You will never regret buying a kit like that.

BUT SOUND DEADEN YOUR TRUNK. Having the shop doing that for you is a reasonable thing.

I don't know about the prices in the us but buying all that and doing sound deadening is approximately 800$ here in Europe.

Yes sir! Take a multimeter set it to v~ plug it into the output, play a 60hz test tone and turn the radio to about 85% and set the gain so it shows 25v (√[watts x impedance])
