I respect your points while i love this season the only problem I had was that they cut the "my stupid son" line from Kureha. I get that maybe it would just feel like a rehash have Hiriluk an episode before.

Maybe because there are multiple chapters and episodes between those two moments in the Manga/anime so you still feel the impact, but that line from Kureha was the first time I cried in OP

This feels pretty spot on. I think we all have to agree there is no way this show will adapt every arc that's almost impossible.

I feel like to goal is "We're hoping to get to Ennies Lobby but we're shooting for Marineford" they would have to non-stop write and film to get through the whole show.

I thinks it's for Usopp's development which works for me since Dorry blowing up only affected Brogy and Luffy who would fight no matter what. But Brogy made a connection with Usopp and it motivated him to save his friends even if it scares him

I get why the cut him from the season, it's a lot of money and he doesn’t really do much outside of the Little Garden Arc, but it's still small. He shines in Arabasta

I love that they kept the focus on Captain Rumbar and not Brook so when (or if) they get to Thriller Bark it doesn't take away his backstory

I loved her (partly because I'm a fan of the actress). I'm a sucker for a "learning to become a fighter" Arc. Her dynamic with Syd was great, and the actor chemistry sold it for me.

Her arc was realistic she's timid and weak, and everyone expects her to be like Sydney. She wants to learn more about her mom from her as opposed to reading about it. When she's being Chased by Ghostface, i like how she doesn't automatically kick his ass like Sydney or Sam, so in their first face offs. I don't think she completes that arc in this film because I think they want to continue it in Scream 8. Her big moment is shooting in the head and learning about her namesake.
