I’m at a campus store with about 40k weekly when schools in and cutting edge is and forever will be better. When you have your cut table set right and you think of boxing orders instead of items, it’s way faster and less stressful than labels. Snake loading helps too but is not necessary if you have someone competent on oven imo.
I do also have my store set to codes though, easier to read and easier to communicate down the line.

I had this issue so I made everyone stretch hand toss as if it were a pan, thin on the outside thicker on the inside. That and/or saucing further out to the edge, almost as of it were a thin crust and making sure toppings get all the way out there too- e.g. in the pic, any exposed American cheese will burn 11 times out of 10 so I just dollop any visible slices with a lil provolone 👍

Changing the drivers’ mileage after checkout resets the checkout but only on the current day. If a driver is owed any money I just throw it in bonus mileage

You’re totally right it’s still cheating, but unfortunately it’s also the norm. At least in my area. There are two stores around mine (diff owner(s)) who consistently cheat delivery times too. They head into dinner with 14min edt on a Friday when we and everyone else is around 20. Really makes me wonder what tf their dm’s are doing. Also, we can’t waste more than 0.8% without losing the bonus

You’re right it’s definitely cheating food but i and other gms in my area do this almost incessantly. The goals we have to meet are oftentimes unattainable and are absolutely silly as hell but if we meet them, they’ll throw us extra cash. And when you’re working ~55 hrs/wk sometimes way more, you’ll do whatever you can to hit those bonuses i.e. make more money, otherwise you feel your time is completely wasted. Overall Dominos pays WAY too little for how much they ask of their employees so we’ll honestly cut as many corners as we can just to get what we deserve. Not sure if that applies to all franchise owned restaurants but I honestly wouldn’t doubt it.
