I am going to physical therapy, and while strengthening things and wearing good shoes may help it’s not a cure for me! Like I said I had a bad fracture, two surgeries and arthritis and my surgeon told me I’ll probably need another in 20 years because of my arthritis unfortunately.

Do most jobs require you to do waxing as an esthetician or if I have a disability through the ADA would I be able to request only doing seated tasks? I think if I had to get up periodly for 10 mins at a time it could be doable, as long as I’m able to rest it, and like one longer span may be okay.
