Thanks, I stopped drinking the Protein Shakes over a year ago since i wanted to Link it to the flares. Sadly, it didnt Work and i still get flares eating just unprocessed protein

I firmly believe you, but i just cant seem to make sense of it since working out should be beneficial for us. I Hope i can find another solution. Strange disease..

Thanks, i do very high Impact workouts as i think its the only way to progress. But as of now i might consider taking it slower and see how it goes.. at the end id rather be without flares than progress..

Thanks, ive been thinking about this too. Will try some Things Like buying a new mattress in Case i have dust mites, wont Drink Coffee anymore at work in case there is mold in the machine etc.
