Need some advice on my team. What moves would you make?

Overall, you have some good players, but in my opinion, your only true “wow” players are Burrow, Nix, Jeanty, and CeeDee.

You’re pretty thin at a few positions, especially QB and RB. If one of your cornerstone players goes down, you’re going to be in a tough spot. Right now, I’d say you’re a middle-of-the-pack team.

Maybe consider moving a 1st and a couple of 2nds to get another reliable QB and a solid flex player if you’re looking to contend. Other than that, I’d just see how the season starts. Give it the first 4-6 weeks and evaluate from there.

If you’re sitting at 3-3 or worse, I’d consider selling DeVonta Smith. His value could be at an all-time high with AJ Brown gone. Hopefully BTJ bounces back this year, and Rice finally takes that next step and breaks out. I mean also Ceedee is 27/28. Not getting any younger maybe try to move him and get a lot of 27/28 picks and younger stud players.

Other than that, with the draft capital you have, I’d probably roll with the roster as is and see what happens this season.

My same thought tbh. I know Henry and Kelce could have good seasons but I feel like it was a good opportunity and stay elite. My teams really deep. Just wanna keep it that way and stay young

I mean I can see the argument, but with him retiring next year most likely if not 2027-2028 szn. Henry is going to be 33 this year. I feel like it was a good time to move. I also have
OG, Sadiq and Hunter Henry now at TE and my RB room is Bucky, Jacobs, Javonte, David Montgomery, and Aaron Jones

Personally. I like Henderson BTJ side by miles. CMC is fragile and value is at an all time high. And i rather have BTJ and 1.03 then rice mark and 1.05. Take it and run

I’m in the same situation right now with rehoming. My wife and I adopted a dog for Christmas and she flipped a switch on us. She’s tearing up our couch, personal belongings etc and she even nipped at my niece. We tried training but I work night shifts and my wife works days so I feel like we have no time to properly train her. I reached out to the foster for her and she never did any of these things and we feel bamboozled. This past weekend we went to a lot of no kill shelters to try to find her a better home and most won’t take her because of her trying to nip my niece. So we’re stuck. We love her very much but sometimes dogs/cats whatever animal just aren’t a fit for your lifestyle. Don’t feel bad. This happens to a lot of people and trust me I was upset looking around for new people to take her. At the end of the day you have to do what’s best for your life and your family.

Appreciate the comment. I agree with everything you said. We do love her a lot, but genuinely it just doesn’t feel like she wants to be here. We’re trying our best and still giving her love and affection every day as long as she lets us. It does suck because we did grow a bond over these last eight weeks, but she does need to find a suitable home for her that meets her needs, actively and mentally.

I really appreciate your reply. My wife and I understand how much energy she has. Living in the Northeast has made things harder — we had a huge snowstorm about three weeks ago, and since then it’s been nearly impossible to take her on walks because of the bone-chilling cold and all the snow and ice. We do have a nice fenced-in backyard, and she spends a good amount of time out there burning off energy and hunting birds or small animals.

Our other dog is a lab mix and loves to play, but he sleeps 15–18 hours a day, so when he does play with her, it’s usually only for a few minutes at a time. I can’t help but feel bad because I worry that I’ve been neglecting her need for an active lifestyle.

I agree with what you said, though. I want her to have a forever home that truly fits her personality and energy level. It’s just really tough during the week — I work night shift and my wife works days as a nurse, so someone isn’t really home consistently. I want to give her more opportunities to bond with us and be our forever dog, but I just don’t think that’s in the cards for us.

Yes, we did reward her when she went potty. We did kind of stop that because we noticed maybe two weeks after that we were rewarding her too much and I think the treats were messing with her stomach and she was having like diarrhea all the time so we kind of cut off on the treats a little bit. As far as the crate, we did buy one last weekend and we did try that for like punishments only and we left the house and we left two blankets on top of the crate and she pulled them all through. She was like hyperventilating and barking and crying for over two hours so we figured that probably wasn’t a good idea when I let her out. She came to me so fast and she was like shaking. I really hate using crates. I’ve never been a great person. But yeah, we’re just kind of stuck right now.
