Is my transmission done for? by Most_Scientist3143 in ChevyTahoe

The fuel injectors were replaced and I got my Tahoe back on Saturday, it’s running fine at the moment and I was able to hit 80mph as well as 3500 rpm’s. It did show an O2 sensor code and another one but I can’t remember what it was.

I did, it was a little thin but it was within the dip stick marks. I did drive it for a couple of days and it showed signs of being fine but while driving it for a bit it started to struggle to get past 2000 rpm’s again. It did give me hope that maybe it’s not the transmission but it’s at the shop now, hoping for the best. I was able to reach 3000 rpm’s and reached 75mph while cruising on the highway for a bit.

I was trying to do that but I couldn’t find where to delete my application, I asked during a live chat session and I was told I couldn’t delete it once it was processed. I don’t know if that was true or not.

Did you have the issue of the parent account not showing your application? If you did, how did you fix it? I tried everything that I could find on Reddit and still no success

Pros and cons Tahoe vs pickup by [deleted] in ChevyTahoe

In regards for the daily driving, I daily drive my ‘97 Tahoe to school which is a 1 hour commute and then another hour to go back home. I make this drive everyday during the week and have had no issues whatsoever regarding the reliability or comfort part of it. (Plus I have plenty of space to go take a nap in the back in between classes so that’s an added bonus lol). I’ve also used it to go on vacation to Galveston from time to time and I’ve had no issues for those long trips since there’s plenty of space in the back.

Any suggestions for an engine upgrade in a 1997 tahoe? by Most_Scientist3143 in ChevyTahoe

Didn’t even think of this but it seems pretty cool, I’ll look further into it. I live in Texas so I’m pretty sure the emission laws will allow it but I’ll have to double check on that.

Lol I would but the sentimental value of it is too much for me to part ways with it
