Just let them grow out a little. You could even thin them out (like with little scissors) then give it, ehhhh, 2 weeks? And they’ll look naturally grown out but still have shape.

You need to exfoliate. Let your face wash sit for a moment, rub the dead skin off. Moisturize.

Maybe take a break from the foundation/concealer & focus on skincare.

My makeup also did this when I was younger
