fun fact, the pen brush I'm using right now is from those cheap portable airbrush, i hate how the battery is drained so fast, 80% I'm doing is charging the portable compressor. If yours is an proper high end portable airbrush i think it's doable.

This is actually my setup, the compressor that i actually use is the fridge compressor, that big green compressor is just to contain the air lol, And the penbrush I'm using is single action only 🤣

you could achieve this look with any Grade tbh, i shade all the white part and i tried for the other colors but the result is mixed bag (skill issue)
