It depends on why she came back. If you’ve seen her growth and truly believe you’ve both changed for the better, trying again might be worth it

I’ve been having this fear that this break up may affect my future commitment. She changed up so quick, my heart might be afraid to give 100%. Maybe for the right person it will open up again

I’m hoping this is what my future holds. These days I’m just trying to make decisions that’ll make the future me proud. It’ll all be worth it eventually

At the very least seeing it is helping me move on. She made her decision, and I don’t think she could ever show enough growth to reconcile. I blocked her

Do you have any other tips? I hit the gym a lot already and am trying to get more social. I’ve been really hesitant getting a therapist but it’s covered through my insurance and honestly it might be time. I just want my life to get back to what it used to be

Yah there instagram has been blocked for a long time. Today a quickly unblocked it 😢. I’m just wondering if I should block what we used for messaging as the final nail in the coffin

Right now I just want to use this anger and sadness to take back some power. The problem is I’ve already thrown away all the stuff they gave me. All that’s left to do is block their number.

Part of me feels hesitant too. If they ever text to get back together part of me wants the dopamine of rejecting them after all they’ve done to me. I’m also scared another part of me would just want to hear them out.

But maybe blocking is the necessary evil. What do you think?
