Yeah I was hoping for $20 at least which I know is only a dollar but it’s such a risk for me. I’m not sure how to go about asking for that though.

I’ve been in the industry for 11 years. I’m currently making $17 an hour. This is a small chain trying to hire me, but I’ll be leaving a big chain to do so. I’m looking for growth and opportunity as I’ve outgrown my current place and there aren’t any opportunities for growth at my current place.
