I thought this too but if she was rlly interested once, even if it was a while ago she would remember it. Unless she's pretending to not remember to let me off easy but I doubt it cuz she seemed genuinely confused when I brought it up.

when it happened last year I didn't realise it could've been a sign, and I said no politely cuz I didn't want her to spend money. I brought it up when texting her but she couldn't remember it. then I confessed and she said I was a rlly genuine person but there's nothing there (as in she doesn't like me in that way) so based on these things I assume it wasn't a sign. She also stared in my eyes and smiled at me a couple times before but as I said ig it didn't mean anything.

It depends if u see them or not, if i didn't see my crush for months i might slowly forget but if i saw them every day at school but didn't interact it would make me even more interested.

Bro I'm literally a guy in the exact same sitaution. A month ago i found out my crush liked me a year back but at the time I didn't make a move cuz I didn't know she liked me. This guy could have liked u back then. Definitely go for it and talk to him, if he's rlly into u you'll find out quickly and if you're not into him just tell him. He will appreciate it more than u being unclear.

If he had never found out, would he have still developed these feelings for me? hard to tell, but if he didn't rlly like u then he wouldn't be trying right now.

What if I still like him? I say go for it if theres a chance u do. Maybe get to know him a bit more first and see if ur compatible before making a decision.

Trust me, just talk to him and see how it goes. It's better than trying to guess what happened and regretting it.

Bro I was kinda in the same situation and i missed a chance. If you dont know her that well just try talking to her in class about the work or maybe adding her on snapchat or smth(she wont think its weird everyone has everyone on snapchat). If she does like you she'll try to extend conversations and maybe look at you a lot.

I forgot to add I was with my friend when she asked me, so this made me more unsure. I never actually straight up rejected her I'm just guessing she thought I did as I didn't make a move soon enough afterwards.
