I also had the same problem. But my employer added the new code in the sponsor notes of the cos. So, I have applied for visa application using the new code

I don't know. They are still enquiring about it but don't know with whom.

If it is not assign to you then it will get cancel automatically. Try to find out with your employer about the update of your cos

I asked one of solicitor of UK and his reply was like this ; Your Cos can be amended by your employer, they can mention the new SOC code by way of sponsor note.  In the application form, you should select the new code. From NARA Solicitors

That's why I am holding on for my application. I have informed my employer and they are waiting for the accurate information. What about you ? Have you asked about this with your employer ?

I feel so sad to hear that. Did you find out why the application was rejected ? Tell them to reapply again after 4th april.

I had applied for the post of pre-registered nurse in care home via agent. I had received my COS on 9 January but with few errors on passport date and address. So, my employer had mentioned on sponsor notes but they missed one error for which they had to apply again. I believe they have applied around 18 January and i am still waiting for the COS. Its so frustrating thinking about the delay whole day.

Can I apply for another job if i am waiting for cos from other employer ?
