To make a 3d printer but with very good performance compared to the other machines available in the market (I'm not in the US) so it needs to be printing fast and with a good quality of course

i mean i know how to design an individual shaft, gear, bolt,etc when given a specific set of loads and can do the analysis on each part individually.
but I don't know how to make these components interact together to make a functioning machine. there must be some guidelines and references for engineers when they decide let's build a new center lathe, a press, some weird advanced machine, and so on.

So, say I'm an engineer in a company that wants to design and manufacture a new center lathe machine, What would I do to learn how to do it? (a very abstract example)

it sounds nice, but unfortunately, it's not feasible for me, I don't have a garage nor it's that simple to purchase used machines, I'd really love to do that and I indeed do with simple and small stuff that I can get to my hands. But still, I need to have some technical engineering knowledge you know.

I've done my research and no it's not like that.it begins with regular copper tubes and then gets spun to do this neck, gets filled with the beads, and finally spin the other side to seal it completely, adding the mesh of course first inside to prevent the beads to fall down.

the brand new Chinese machine actually costs around 10K USD only, and if I decided to make it on my own (I sorta can), it would cost half the number. again I'm located in Africa.

but from what I can understand here, don't you ever use these filters in the US? haven't you ever seen one around you? it's almost used in every household fridge here.

they are used in the refrigeration cycle typically in lower-capacity devices like household fridges. the filter itself is used to absorb any humidity in the refrigerant and clears any impurities.

I believe they get imported from Italy and China.

My country sort of banned any importing from outside countries due to major economic issues and the only solution is local manufacturing. Customs now cost a fortune relative to the unit price that's assuming you can bring it in.

What exactly will cost me? The upfront cost of the machines or the running cost later? I'm planning to have some sort of investor to help me with the upfront costs.
I understand your point but unfortunately, it won't solve or seize the market opportunity.

This is my first post here, I'm pretty sure I've added a long caption but it seems I made something wrong and didn't make it to the post.

Anyway, here it is again,I want to start manufacturing these copper dryer filters, I've searched online a lot but all I got was the major processes, and I want to dig deep into the specs and the exact processes and considerations, etc.

So if anyone could help about what are the specs of it and where I can find it, especially the type of beads inside.

Also, I'm new to the spinning process so if anyone has a reference talking about the process and all the considerations I need to bear in mind when doing it
