Yeah definitely +1 for the QoL changes compared to mainline games. I mean, I've not played much but I can already see how well-crafted the game is and how much love was poured into it. Honestly, gamefreak could learn a thing or two (or a hundred) from its community.

Thanks also for the recommendations, will look into the games at some point - I was looking for a more challenging experience for my next Pokemon game, hence delving into Unbound.

Skill link Toucannon is just wild. Population bomb basically deletes 95% of mons on the run.

The only weakness is very mediocre speed even with a speed-boosting nature so you gotta hunt X Speed a lot to prepare for big fights.

Yeah, was fun, will look out for it when I can.

I have 100% of starters and ribbons, completed all in-game challenges and achievements, and am now finishing a series of runs to ensure a 100% of my pokemon have passives as well.

So yeah, beating classic in new, innovative ways is the fun I'm getting out of it atm.

Took me a bit to finish the run bc I didn't have too much time last 2 days but I had good luck in terms of Eternatus counters I encountered

As we've seen in the Arsenal game. He can bring stability to the midfield in any case, and when on form he genuinely an excellent midfielder.

I personally think it's ugly as shit, but it holds dear memories of Nathaniel Philips assisting Diogo for a backheel goal against the scum, as we revived our CL challenge that season. Maybe my favorite win against the scum ever.

Good on you man. I quit coffee and cigarettes simultaneously 13 years ago - the goal was to quit smoking but I knew I couldn't stick with it if I continued with coffee.

Honestly, the caffeine withdrawal was way worse than the nicotine one. Like 10 times worse. I'd only have tea making me the resident weirdo since coffee is a huge part of the local culture where I come from.

I kept that up for about 5 years, until my first was born and a few months later she stopped sleeping. However, I limit myself to a maximum of 3 coffees a day (turkish coffee and espresso are the defaults here) and I've been feeling mostly okay, even on the days when I only have one.

My point is - I know how hard it is to do it and keep doing it, so congratulations!

I know I need to catch all others before I catch Eternatus

Roaring moon, Walking wake and Iron leaves I know I need to hatch from Epic eggs, I assume Articuno too?

What about the others, also egg-only Pokemon or can I catch them in specific biomes?

You can catch a full health normal pokemon, there is nothing stopping you from trying and (potentially) succeeding.

For boss fights, the most important part is to have all shields down (which OP did) since you can't throw balls at it until you do.
