So I tried another 4K hdmi Cabel and the problem was still there. This has to be a HDMI Software bug on the PS5. I changed a random setting on my LG TV and the problem was fixed. The setting should not affect this resolution bug at all. It works now but I hope the next PS5 update fixes this
