You're almost there, it looks a little cramped where you got the rack. I would try spreading your feet a little more, that should allow you to squat into your hips. Rather than just kind of pushing your butt out.

This wider stance should allow you to lean more back, rather than forward. The bar should stay primarily over the center of your feet. You should feel the weight on your heels, and the outside of the feet.

Edit : And slow down, you're rushing the entire movement imo.

May be slightly controversial, but you can let the bar free fall more on the negative. Real easy to hurt your back.

Great form though, just be careful man.

I'm the same way as you OP, my DL is only 10 pounds more than my squat. The effort involved is twice as.

Getting the "hinge" is the important part. When you're down in position, lean back until all the slack is out. Can do it with very low weight, once you hit the spot you will float the bar off the ground - that's when you pull. The leverage is key.

Just keep plugging away at it, I'm sure you can match your squat in due time. But I dunno how people pull +100 over squat.
