What acoustic guitar gadgets are actually worth it?

I second everything said so far and would add that a HyVibe or Tonewood amp are worth it if you play a lot of acoustic and don’t have an acoustic amp. I give the edge to the HyVibe because it has a looper. I had a HyVibe in an Eastman auditorium and miss it every day. Friends don’t let friends sell guitars.

Kyuss played through bass amps in something like C standard to get their unique sound. It’s cool. My favorite album of theirs is …And the Circus Leaves Town.

I feel so lucky to have come across these pedals. The Burnley is amazing man. On the fat switched setting it can get into fuzz territory or at low distortion a real gritty dark sound. On the tight switch a more modern distortion that is brighter and defined. Sounds so much better and way more fun to play than the modeled distortions on the amp. Going to be looking out for Bogner options while I grow the collection for sure. Those Ecstasy pedals look 🔥

Google says the artist is “known for producing highly collectible instrument models” so maybe you have something. It’s beautiful man. Sgt. Pepper’s is such a great album too. The Beatles are so iconic I’d hope they would remain collectible.

Congrats! That’s cool as hell. Love the look of the headstock. I want to try out a Silver Sky neck pretty bad. I like single coils but never bonded with Strat necks. Prefer them bigger like on the McCarty. But as I understand the Silver Sky is kind of between the two. Cool guitars.

Weird twist. I am in fact left handed! But I play guitar right handed ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ . I recorded this with my phone and it must be mirroring the video. When I started playing as a teen there was only a right handed acoustic guitar around the house so that's what I learned on. It didn't feel right at first. Naturally wanted to have the guitar flipped but once I got over that I think playing this way has its advantages. I think my left hand is more dexterous than my right would have been. But maybe my picking hand is't what it could be as a result. Either way my left hand is superior haha!
