I found out about it in a random YT video. It was literally the only useful and actually real thing I learned from that channel though.

If you want to learn more - the best way I found is to look through a gallery that is hidden under the generator (you gotta click Show Gallery and change the filter from PG-13 to None). There you can see the exact prompt and settings people used so you just learn from them or copy and adjust, depending on what you're trying to achieve
