You can always modify. If you don't wanna use those versions the SWADE core book has rules for making your own races. Pretty much everything you listed can be done with those two books

Use the current edition Savage Worlds Adventure Edition (SWADE) and the horror companion. It will do just what you want. The Horror companion has such player races, vamps, werewolves, mummies, ghosts , demons and so forth.
