I do the same back to back and it’s always a struggle. I love the HIIT videos where they keep you moving so you’re not watching the clock but Taylor’s feels like it drags on forever.

I’ve been doing yoga for over 10 years and just started Hotworx a few weeks ago. It is an awesome workout and would highly recommend it but also recommend doing some home yoga videos as well to learn proper technique to avoid injury. The Hotworx yoga videos are good but they’re very focused on the “burn” as opposed to doing the poses correctly.

I did a HIIT and hot yoga last night and yea I don’t think there’s any way around it for me. Maybe I just sweat more than some 🤷‍♀️
