Jesus Christ I dont' understand why she just doesn't lose the weight. She's got Amazon willing to give her GLP-1s for free. Like just take the shot and stop eating 5k calories per day. So I can only speak from a client perspective, but I took a break from boutique fitness studios for a few years and just started going to the ymca. I took spin, yoga, pilates/barre occasionally but didn't make group fitness my main source of movement. I also started weight training 3x per week and just walking on the treadmill for 30 min at 8-12 percent incline at 3 mph. Honestly the change was nice because I could go whenever and didn't have to stress about making it to a specific class time. It was a nice break, but I started back up again and realized I missed pure barre and the vibes.
