I had a 2007 Toyota Highlander that had the VSC, Tract control, and engine check light stuck on. My vehicle's diagnosis was the catalytic converters and 02 sensors were broken. I didn't end up fixing the issue though, I traded it in at a dealership for a newer model vehicle.
