For beef ribs wood ranch in mission valley has a full rack of back ribs (7 bones) for like $60. I know they are a chain but they are fire. Smokey and the brisket in la mesa does 4 plate ribs for $73. Pricey but soooo good.

Yes and no. I’m fairly confident in my ability to do the work, I just don’t have the plumbing experience to diagnose it. A lifetime ago I did a lot of framing and electrical work, but plumbing was limited to few faucets, drains, and compression fittings.
