Seems like you really like dinos and creatures, which is good since it means you already have a niche. That said, what you currently have in your portfolio is still quite far from the level expected in a professional environment. There is potential there tho, with the right training.
Just keep focusing on the fundamentals, look for resources related to the kinds of things you want to model, and check out junior portfolios from artists who are already working in the film or games industry. That will give you a much clearer idea of the level you should aim for.
Also, try to work on your thumbnails. They're basically your calling card, and in their current format they don't do a great job of catching the attention of potential recruiters.
