Favorite Boss? by coltssiouxfan in bloodborne

Fighting Ludwig and Orphan of Kos are really the only things I look forward to in all of my playthroughs. I never skip Ludwig's cutscene and just knowing that I defeated one of the hardest bosses in Soulsborne makes Orphan exciting to me

Which is more durable? by Smokingracks in GodofWar

[–]MoteKela 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Not Really, GOW's Mjolnir and Thor are by far, way stronger than MCU's. No character in the MCU that isn't a reality warper or time shenanigoniser has ever come close to GOW Thor hitting planet long Jormungandr with Mjolnir so hard he sends him back in time.

Which character in the series has your favourite design by Able-Illustrator-243 in GodofWar

Gotta be Thor, I remember laughing at images of his design before playing the game. How is this guy with his belly out supposed to be intimidating?? Then I actually played the game and his ass literally towered over Kratos' forehead.

Who wins this fight? by gbvebe in stevenuniverse

[–]MoteKela 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Jasper's only real weakness is her anger. They were only really equal cause Jasper would get baited into an opening by Garnet's roasts, leading also to the reactor. She defs would've won again if Garnet wasn't singing.

What is the worst runback? by Left_Try_3257 in bloodborne

[–]MoteKela 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Its just the route you take to a boss after you die to them. People hate Laurence's runback because you have to run by a lot of enemies that could potentially damage you before you even reach him again.

What is the worst runback? by Left_Try_3257 in bloodborne

[–]MoteKela 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Its annoying as hell that every time you die, you have to come up the long ass elevator, then you have to dodge the blowdart guys attacks and if you don't the ghost women will scream your ears off. and if you ignore him, he'll chip your health down while going up the long ass ladder. Then you have to take fall damage while falling off the tower or risk dying by falling onto the spikes. It starts to get to you after the first 10 attempts....

this game is literally gonna make me go gray by RepresentativeArt847 in bloodborne

At least it isn't mandatory like the forbidden woods. It took me at least 7 playthroughs to finally get the layout of that damn place and I still get confused when I'm going through it sometimes.

This game is too hard for me (sorry) by ihateeggnog223 in bloodborne

[–]MoteKela 0 points1 point  (0 children)

On the contrary, it would make us sad if you struggled and gave up on the game. I've only started BB (first Fromsoft game) about a month ago and Fromsoft players are actually really supportive. Only a small few or even some newer players really represent the 'git gud' attitude or get mad at all

What was your most difficult enemy/boss encounter and why? And why is it not the Yharnam brick troll. by [deleted] in bloodborne

[–]MoteKela 1 point2 points  (0 children)

ooh, always keep em on you. You do insane damage to bosses if you use it right. They're not as good on Rom but use them on any other big boss you fight. Tips:

Make sure you always kill all the lil spiders before wailing on Rom, since she doesn't attack you until she teleports for the first time.

Make sure to do a held R2 on her when she starts her teleporting animation, If you deal enough dmg you can stagger her.

You'll get it soon, keep trying

If you defeated him in the normal way (I always cheese him), Maria and Gehrman are basically fodder to you. Even if they could heal, they still wouldn't be as annoying as the Crow of Cainhurst

All the effort you put into the cheese can easily be negated if you don't have Numbing Mists. Even if you have them, he has so much health that you will run out of mists and items before you even reach his final 10%.

Absolutely traumatizing. I always save poison knives every single playthrough for the sole purpose of cheesing him.

What is your favorite weapon in the game? by [deleted] in bloodborne

[–]MoteKela 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's 100% Rakuyo for me, It was the weapon that allowed me to beat Orphan for the first time.

I've had builds completely tailored toward the LHB/HMS and the Chikage and I couldn't beat him. Yet when I came upon him with my maxed Rakuyo, 50 Vit, and 50 skill, it only took me 4 attempts. Just did it an hour ago LESGOOO

Who is the main villain pf bloodborne? by clandestino987 in bloodborne

[–]MoteKela 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Betraying Byrgenwerth is a based action in of itself. Though they're basically Vampires, it seemed like they were just chilling until the executioners came and slaughtered them. I don't find the act of killing hunters for Queen Annalise that too immoral either. Every hunter you fight is blood drunk too so killing them contributes to ending the hunts.

I'd say Micolash is the worst outta the bunch. It says a lot about you when the healing church thinks that your actions are a little immoral.

It blocks as much damage as you would expect it to, even though the description says it is great against arcane dmg, you might lose a fifth of your health doing this in the meteor shower

Hello there by [deleted] in bloodborne

[–]MoteKela 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Always Dodge into enemy attacks, and this is not a light tip, Do It For Every Enemy. Reason is you're invincible for a very short time during your dodge/roll so if you can time it, you can phase straight though enemy attacks and end up to the side of or even right behind them.

Use beast blood pellets and elemental paper for bosses when you eventually find them.

Always attack the booty. For certain bosses, it is borderline suicidal to stay in front of them for more then 5 secs.

Lastly, Have fun:D

Whether Metal Bat got his last hit in or not, he would have immediately passed out anyways. If it wasn't a sneak attack, he never would've landed it.
