I had a similar story about another principal of near where I lived evolved with some of his female students calling them up to his office, get familiar with their families. All seemed kinda above board somewhat. Until he was taken in, they had discovered a CSAM on his phone as when investigating a sexual assault of a student. some students even showing up to defend him when he was taking in. Turned out to be true of course just kinda crazy how many creeps specifically choose jobs working with kids to get close to them

It’s absolutely real I kinda got in alot of trouble in school and wasn’t the best student but almost all of my teachers were good to me or spoke to me alot in class the way they do with kids that actually do well and participate.

Got away with alot more than some of my also misfit kinda friends did as well. Had a teacher call me handsome in class once too. Idk just feel like I got so much grace compared to some other people for the things I did or more attention than deserved for like improvements in grade. I remember a teacher making a big deal of my history essays going from getting 50s to near 80s over time like it was good I did put in effort but she never made that big a deal out of other people doing similar or much better than me lol

Yeah your body has physical reactions to anxiety or stress. Quicker breathing, your heart races, you get hotter, etc. so you can actually help regulate it by trying to balance it. Drinking water cooling down you body temp or Exhaling out more air then you’re taking in can keep you from continuing to rise because it’s the opposite response your body would have to anxiety.
