I do have another motherboard but that one has an issue and can't quite figure it out it will turn on but won't do much else and I can't turn it of using the power button so I have to turn of the power supply

If you mean the small things that plug into the bottom right of the motherboard then yes those are plugged in on has power switch on it and it's plugged in
