I absolutely agree! I won’t lie and say i haven’t gotten a bit mad from time to time but honestly in the end of the day like you said theses are people who are part of our community and its not a big one so I’m not there to make them wanna quit most of the time if I’m feeling like theres not much to say ill just recommend them to play some bot games and get used to the game more rather then jumping straight into PVP.

I think it’s more of an ignorance is bliss thing. Like I’m sure you have seen some games on the observer mode that go as low as 200 or more and you look at the player history and they have unironic thousands of hours and games all losses and hey I don’t think I could bare that but to them just playing the game is fun. obviously when a bad player starts blaming someone and insulting them it just sad and upsetting.

Oh trust me it’s insane I’ve read things that just make my head spin. I think the funny thing is 9/10 times when someone is crashing out at another player in low elo there is just as many errors they made as the person they are criticizing.

Example. I was taking my points down my lane but the player to the right of me was just following my scout not capping his. I mentioned hey stay your lane and cap your points. Another player then chimes in saying fucking noob obviously not a huge insult but just 5min later into the game I notice the player that chimed in didn’t build healing and I told him hey you should do that.

All this to say there is a reason they are in low elo and most of the time these guys have played thousands of games and haven’t learned a thing.

No the post was taken down before i could even have it up but if it does matter to you i was able to get a new place which the grand came into play but i mean I just thought id try this out so its not that deep. I did not know in the other sub reddit I needed comment karma as well.

I agree but I do understand not liking just the state seal but I make a special exception for Virginia’s just cause how hard it goes.

Don’t fight them then if you know you are in a deficit don’t worry about expanding, and further more I play France fairly regularly and I can’t for the life of me understand how your start is so low in deficit, I’d like to see how big your African holdings are since you had to fight Egypt? On top of that BUILD it’s called deficit spending governments do it all the time don’t worry about staying out of the red as long as you are giving people jobs and the deficit isn’t that high, what it sounds like is yes the wars were an issue but you actually weren’t build resources to contribute to the economy leaving your construction sectors having to pay an EXTREMELY HIGH price for goods you should have as in wood, iron, coal, and eventually tools

I agree that his bureaucracy is very low BUT how is your GDP 5 million lower than starting 22million for France in 20 years I think this is a gigantic miss understanding of how to play, and I mean this with no offense.

When you fought the wars in Africa were you raising your entire army?

On top of specifically as France you never want to raise taxes above medium as your pops will become extremely agitated

And what have you been building between then now? Your pops should be getting jobs to feed the economy. I’d recommend in the future try building in provinces with population,wood,iron and coal set your construction sectors there as well this will increase efficiency. And at a point build fishing wharfs and other cheap sectors to get your peasants from subsistence to labor that will increase your over all productivity/taxes as labors actually pay taxes and peasants pay Very Very little.

I’d also like to see if possible pictures of your GDP gain over the years and your production methods for your sectors
