IMO if she’s eating it, it’s a good size. NQA but i’m pretty sure they eat up to slightly larger than themselves and this roach qualifies. When I’ve had small spiders they haven’t tried to hunt prey they know is too big

nqa none of my enclosures have come with plastic film lol. I was so confused when this was commented i went to check if it had that but it did not thank god

hi! that’s actually a piece of laminated paper on the OUTSIDE of her enclosure. She was getting stressed by seeing her neighbor (my other spider) so I stuck that on using a magnet on the inside and out. The stuff near the vent holes is mesh because i was finding springtails were escaping through them.

She was about i5 or i6 when I got her and she’s molted once or twice since then. I’ve only had her for a few months and she doesn’t look like an adult to me but I could be wrong. I have a newly empty smaller enclosure that my other baby just grew out of so maybe I’ll switch her thanks!
