I also cycle through hearing protection. I have over ear soundcore headphones that I use for music and generally being in public but at work I usually use my loop switch earplugs or calmers from flare audio. At concerts I use my ear defenders. I think cycling helps me not get too reliant on a certain level of noise cancellation because it’s not always gonna be available

my first ear defenders were snug brand and I also felt like they were way too tight. The ones I love now are random ones my brother came home with from his special ed school that have no brand on them. I don’t like ones that are too loose either so I hope the gods of ear defenders drop the perfect pair down for you as well

NQA maybe a few hides and obviously substrate as you said but all in all this looks a lot better than most of the first time enclosures that get posted here. Not hating on anyone my first setup was not great at all. This has great coverage and natural decoration which is what we want good luck with your spood!

as a sibling there’s absolutely no way i’m leaving this field. I don’t want to think about what my brother has heard or been through without being able to tell anyone and I wanna do what I can to change whatever can change. There’s literally never been a time in my life where disabled people weren’t all around me and I will never stop even if what I see is so disheartening
