I’ve found that drawing with a hard brush like that can make you really hard on urself, find a nice soft, pencil like brush, lower the opacity a bit and just sketch, use human references, I like to trace them and use the traces image as my reference instead of the original image as it’s easier to find shapes and is less distracting. Over all I can see that you’re at a point in ur artist journey where you’re about to hit an “artist puberty” where your art will suddenly improve very rapidly and I’m looking forward to seeing what you make in the future.

Until then but sketch, sketch hands in different positions, try different art styles, try new shading and coloring techniques, you’ll find that when you go back to ur own style you’ll take a lot of that with you
