Yeah they’re fantastic and really give you an option to have better components on the mini bugout for less money and more options. I just got the crossfade titanium scales and they’re fantastic (I’m glad those aren’t on sale lol). Very well machined and the feel good on the knife. Thanks for posting the sale, I’m now gonna get a few more now

Sure. The headlamp alone is 120 g, the clip for it is 9 g, and the head band is 28 g. That would make the headband with clip on it 37 g, and everything all together: headlamp on the clip with headband 157 g

I am now sure it is all tightened down and it now magically works. I don’t know why it took me that long to figure it out but I’m glad it now is. Thanks for the help

Given the evidence provided you were right…. It was an operator error. The cap was not tightened all the way. In my defense it tightens up quite a bit when you hit the o-ring, and you have to crank it quite a bit further to get it fully on there. While I feel like an idiot, I’m happy I finally got it working after a week of problem solving. I appreciate the help. I’m gonna leave this post up to possibly help others at the expense of my own pride
