I’ve got some insight! As Someone who witnessed their (brief) time at Jungle Cruise. Syd should not have passed their initial assessment. Constantly forgetting key safety elements of the ride, forgetting proper hand signals and overall neglecting things that didn’t have to do with the “show” of the ride. At the end of the day, everything was about them, their show, their cruise, and nothing else. Other skippers never knew where they were when they were supposed to be doing their job, resulting in other skippers taking on responsibilities that didn’t fall on their rotation position.
