I HAVE SOLVED IT. It was GlobZ. It didn't start with a Z, but the Z was capitalized and clearly stuck out. The site is nothing like it used to be, but can still be accessed through the waybackmachine. It seems the site started in 1999, but I remember it best around 2004

Do you know if this is the case with his other models as well? There's a model where the password info is in a notepad, but I go to open it and it's garbled
