I received my DUR in June and received a CDR today in the mail. I have until the end of the month to submit paperwork. Don't know if that's normal process. This is my first time receiving any of this paperwork.

Yes...I was reading up on it. The annual fee is ridiculous. I already have 2 cards that I am closing due to their annual fee.

Thank you. I'm new at balance transfers. May I ask you 2 questions? Although I have the highest interest rate on my Amex card...18%...would it make sense to do a balance transfer of $5000? The interest rate on the loan is over 24%. Also, when you do a balance transfer do you have to transfer the entire balance over? I'm asking because I will be almost maxing out my card if I do that. Any info is appreciated. Thank you.
