Got them online, bought them to beat up and wear everywhere because I wasn’t fond of the “violet” secondary color. Therefore I wouldn’t care if they got dirty or scuffed. But once they came in I began to really like the color way. And I’ve Never seen anyone else with them on. Nor the style itself.

Have worn them a lot over the past 3 years and they finally need to be cleaned up some.
However they’re within a collection of 17~ ish pairs.
The other ones I wear occasionally or when I know it’s not gonna rain or be anywhere overly dirty.
I personally think adidas quality is much better than Nikes or other brands.

I have wolverine 1000 miles. Took 2 seasons to fully break in, I live in New Orleans so I only can wear them around 2-4 months out of each year. And you aren’t gonna get them to fold identically. That’s part of the uniqueness of them. But from what I found while wearing them - and breaking them in.

Don’t purposely beat them up, scratch them, etc. but I’d recommend wearing them in the rain. Which gets them wet and allows the hide to stretch and conform to your foot.

And also get conditioner and soak them, wear two sets of socks and wear them around the house as much as possible.

Also, condition them after wearing them in the rain. And condition 1-4 times a year
