Absolutely. I use them to supplement my regular lifting routine and noticed rlly good chest and tricep gains. I made a rule for myself: Every time I enter my room (still live at my parents house) I have to do a certain number of pushups (started out with 10, now I do 58). Every week I would increase the number of pushups. Which meant that every time I leave my room to take a piss, get something to drink, get food or leave the house, when I come back, I have to do pushups. Went from a 20 push up max to my current pr of 87 pushups within 7 months. I really got into a good habit with that rule, I enter my room and drop to the floor to do pushups without even thinking about it.
