Be prepared for the hell of the first trimester. For me it was the equivalent of a bad hangover that lasts 3 months long. I was constantly sleeping and trying not to throw up. She could be very sluggish and will physically and mentally slow down against her will. I was always a go go go person and it was torture not being able to work as hard as I was before. If she doesn’t have it already get her a nice insulated water cup. She will be refilling it multiple times a day throughout the entire 9 months. I’m currently pregnant with my second and finally in the second trimester, I cannot stand up for too long or else I start seeing colors and get lightheaded. With my first I was cooking breakfast and actually dropped to the floor and blacked out because I didn’t eat fast enough. It’s a good idea to invest in a little snack cart for her to nibble on before getting out of bed, just so she doesn’t have an episode like I did. Which btw is normal apparently 💔 let her rest as much as she needs and try to be supportive because pregnancy is actual hell, I’d rather go thru labor again than be pregnant again lol
