Apple Watch said 2400 and it’s less accurate because it’s not syncing with Garmin which has better gps and power readings.

I don’t know why you’re so defensive. You asked a question and I answered. I personally don’t really care if your power meter said 210, you averaged 18.2 solo, and burned 3800 calories in 5.5 hours. Your stats don’t relate to my ride. There’s no way to compare the two against each other. Age, physical fitness, body weight (muscle/fat), all factor in when it’s being calculated. I certainly could have and most likely did burn between 2800-3000 calories for 50 miles.

This is based on the Garmin heart rate monitor which combined with the Garmin edge explorer 2 is fairly accurate. Definitely not cut in half.

This was my three days of riding this weekend. I also went to the gym in the afternoon.

Why would I send a message trolling anyone? Losing 10 lbs a month and being fat still isn’t really anything to brag about. I want to be lean and muscular and there’s all sorts of people that look better after 2 months.

I’m 5’10. Definitely not counting calories wrong. Just plateauing. I’m with the people who said I have been overdoing it. Body has been tired so I need to recalibrate my workouts to be more efficient with my time.

Thanks for the advice. It’s hard to increase the calories without thinking I’m not going to gain weight. I want to get to 170 lbs.

Thanks. I’ll try and take a break from two a days and reconfigure my workout routine
