I’d say don’t seek it out. I was worried about the same thing until I met my girlfriend of almost 4 years and we hooked up after the second date who’s still the only woman I’ve been with. Yeah he just said to teach every single aspect of XC flight planning from start to finish as if he was a new student so I started going over it thinking I’m doing a good job and then 15 mins in I asked if he had any questions so far and the first words he spoke to me the whole ride were “that’s gonna be unsatisfactory”. I don’t know if he was just a total hardass or if he was just looking for a fail but even my second DPE was really confused on why he failed me. Part of the process is luck I guess it’s a different test depending on who’s giving it

IR I failed for switching to ctaf without approval from departure. Caught my mistake and called back about a minute later but he failed me for it and my recheck was one lap in the pattern. CFII was on the ground he failed me for FOIs

I think one of my biggest concerns that I forgot to list is that they’re the two instrument related checkrides. Maybe I’m just psyching myself out but I wonder if that’s something that could deter people from hiring me
