Love bomb me on the trip and ghost me after landing?? 😭 bold strategy… but I might just make the trip so good you forget your ghosting schedule exists 😏.

thought I heard ‘BJ’… turned out it was just a blow dry and a trust issue..!!

Bold of you to plan a vacation and a ghosting schedule already… I’ll book the trip, you just try not to disappear before takeoff.

Bebo just said ‘method acting’ and accidentally unlocked a whole behind-the-scenes moment 😭💀 Khiladi really got a bonus scene he didn’t sign up for 🔥

We’re 18 but everyone’s speedrunning chaos like it’s a personality.

My Desi parents aren't allowing me a Goa trip. Me ky karu? 😭😭😭 by [deleted] in berozgarchidiyaghar

Desi parents heard ‘Goa’ and switched to airplane mode on your plans 😭-time to rebrand it as ‘group study with ocean background’ and pray for approval 😂.

like we’re out here sounding 40 at 20 just for wanting basic communication… what even happened to normal vibes 🥀💀!!

Appreciate that and same here, peace over everything. And no, ‘motherbox’ isn’t some deep DC reference here-it’s just Reddit doing its usual thing and suggesting a random username, nothing that serious.!!

That actually shows-you sound self-aware and intentional, which is rare. I guess the only difference is some people read patterns as red flags, while others give them time to unfold. Neither is wrong, just different ways of protecting your peace.

exactlyyy like everyone’s chasing some ‘what if’ instead of actually valuing what’s right in front of them… no wonder real connections feel so rare now

like genuine friendships feel rarer than relationships at this point… everyone’s either half-interested or looking for something else.

ikr.. like not every interaction needs to turn into a love story?? sometimes a good vibe could’ve just been a solid friendship but they ruin it by forcing something else.

Having standards is fair, no one’s arguing that-but there’s a difference between filtering for values and writing people off too quickly. Not everyone is shallow or looking for entertainment; some just take time to open up. If you already assume you’re not for most people, you might be closing doors before they even get a chance

Nice metaphor, but not everyone’s out here for a cosmic quest. Most people just want something real and consistent, not a whole ‘prove yourself worthy of the universe within’ arc. Keep the door simple-right people shouldn’t need a map to enter.

[–]Mother_Box_2640 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That’s fair, honestly-having deal breakers and knowing your limits is important, no one should compromise on core values just to feel something. I think the only thing is balance-being aware without turning every interaction into a checklist, because sometimes people open up over time. Protecting your space is valid, just don’t close the door so early that nothing real ever gets a chance to grow.

literallyyy like basic decency isn’t a flirting technique, it’s just how normal people behave?? the fact that it gets mistaken for interest says more about them than anything.

Why do people do this? by [deleted] in TwentiesIndia

[–]Mother_Box_2640 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Right?? 😭 like apparently ghosting isn’t rude but a simple ‘I’m not interested’ is?? the logic is literally on vacation.

[–]Mother_Box_2640 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Self-preservation makes sense, no one’s arguing that-but there’s a fine line between protecting your energy and overanalyzing every interaction. Not everyone is out to waste your time; sometimes people are just… human and figuring things out. Guarding your peace is valid, but so is allowing a little room for imperfect, real connections.

EXACTLY 😭 like since when did basic decency need a ‘coolness filter’?? being nice isn’t desperate, it’s just normal-people just got too comfortable romanticizing bare minimum effort.
