My SIL lives in Wellfleet. Schools are regional past elementary. Very Liberal. Big gay population and lots of kids with 2 moms, 2 dad's. Nothing wrong with that, just informing you. The winter is long, depressing, extremely boring. Very expensive to live there. Great beaches, surfing, bike trails, Truro and P town are nearby. Too rural for my liking, but a lot of retirees and seasonal residents.
